After graduation

Since the establishment of the school in 1967, we have cultivated personnel sought after by the tourism services industry, and it is because we are a school that has turned out around 30,000 graduates to date that we rate highly in employment performance. Many students receive tentative offers from famous companies in each industry at an early stage. The rate of uptake for March 2010 graduates was 98.2%! (Including Japanese, 273 graduates found work.) Many international students also find employment at Japanese companies and, putting into practice their language skills and what they have learnt at our school, are active in each of the industries.

The employment support is school-driven so it is reassuring to students
Our school's employment guidance is 'school-driven'. In contrast to the 'student-driven' employment activities at universities and junior colleges, where students' independence is challenged, the school gathers job information and introduces suitable companies to each student. This also heightens students' employment consciousness, thereby fostering social skills so that every year a large number of students gain tentative offers at an early stage.

Support 1
Students are guided to jobs and companies that they are suited to

The first step to finding employment starts with knowing yourself. We will lead you to the best path, by analyzing your strong points and your weak points, your interests and your views on work.

Support 2
Even the most trivial concern is treated seriously

The main characteristic is that students can consult teachers anytime because they consider students' employment carefully. They work closely with the student, chatting with them and offering encouragement.

Support 3
Mock interviews are conducted until the student feels confident

Our interview advice, based on the chosen industry and company, is sound because we understand the human nature of students. In response to companies which conduct interviews in English, we have ample provisions in place to help students. This gives them peace of mind.

Thorough support for gaining levels and qualifications
In the tourism services industry, there are numerous grades and qualifications. These grades and qualifications, which prove the skills and knowledge learned, are a powerful passport to employment in the industry. Our school has a well-developed curriculum and support system for gaining grades and qualifications, and the performance outcomes are high every year.
